You will be refunded according to the actual price paid for the items (after deducting coupons and points if used or after deducting the fee of shipping label). Shipping fees is non-refundable.
The majority of returns are refunded to the original payment. For sale items (25% off or more), refunds can only be made via SALEDRESS gift card. When you receive a refund from us with a status of "received" for your return, but the refund amount is not correct, you can check your inbox for the amount refunded by store gift card.
The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US. A fee of $6.99 (plus $3 more per piece) will be charged for the prepaid shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund (unless you received the incorrect or defective product).
