*How can I change the shipping address/size/color after placing an order?
SALEDRESS support order cancellations and modifications (except for bulk sale box orders). Please contact our customer service team here within One Hour of placing your order to request changes.
To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please make sure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
Once your package was shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. And we are unable to cancel an order after shipment.
In this case, please keep an eye on the tracking info of your packages, and contact the carrier to modify your shipping address to make sure you can receive your parcel.
Note:
Once your package shipped, we couldn’t change anything.
Requests for cancellations or modifications after one hour are likely to be unsuccessful.
*How to change billing address?
You can edit the billing address at checkout the page, before completing the payment. The billing address can't be edited once payment info is submitted.
Note: The billing address won't affect the shipment of your order. If you already paid but want to change it, you may cancel the current order then repurchase.
*I placed an order, but forgot to use a discount code, can I add it now?
We're sorry, we cannot add coupons to orders that have already been placed.
