*Why was my order canceled and refunded?
In this case, your order might be considered a high-risk order, which is canceled by the system automatically. You may try to use PayPal or another card to process further when you are at checkout.
Also, orders may be canceled because the product becomes out of stock during the processing phase. However, in the case of products within bulk sale box orders being canceled, this is an exceptional situation, such cancellations occur due to Amazon's strict policies, and refunds for the canceled bulk sale box products are processed via gift cards.
*Why did I receive an email says that I have a refund while in fact my order had been confirmed before?
When processing your order, one or some of your purchased items had been out of stock. In this case, we will fully refund you for the unavailable items. Not to worry, the rest of your items would be normally shipped out.

- The refund amount should minus any applicable discount codes used on the order, and it would take 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reach your account.
- If you used a store gift card to purchase, please reuse the store gift card on your next order.
